Drone spotted near McClellan Park AFB

The drone was about 40' in the air hoveri g somewhere near Drs.Orders Dispensery by McClellan Park AFB. It had many cameras coming out at all angles...maybe a Google type drone I imagine... any insight is appreciated.  Btw I love Drs.Orders. PLUG :)
Not sure if it eas a hoax or SECRET....
